“Just go shoot.” With a philosophy like that, it’s no wonder that Hayley describes her photos as “no two are going to look the same.” Hayley credits a friend’s cool social media photos as the foundation for her obsession with photography, beginning at age 15. After studying photojournalism at Iowa State, she dipped her photographic toe in everything from the college newspaper to shooting Big 12 events, like basketball, volleyball, and gymnastics. Once Haley began photographing landscapes - especially at night - she left the world of sports behind and never looked back. Hayley finds inspiration in her natural ability to evaluate the scenery around her and notice the smallest detail that someone else might miss. And, she’s been known to climb to the top of buildings, or...cars, to get that perfect shot.
